Dwelphin is an AI-powered career command center. The platform provides AI-driven career guidance, personalised learning recommendations, real-time information retrieval, and (for Premium users) curated news digests. The Service is provided on a freemium basis — a free tier is available to all users, with additional features available under the Premium subscription.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Freemium & Premium Plans

Dwelphin offers a free tier and a Premium subscription. Details of each plan, including features and pricing, are available on our website. We reserve the right to change plan features or pricing with reasonable notice.

5. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform.
• Use automated bots or scrapers to extract data from the Service.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful files.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Use the Service to generate or distribute misinformation, spam, or illegal content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to Dwelphin's systems or databases.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Dwelphin's AI features are powered by third-party models (Groq, Sarvam). AI-generated content is provided for informational and career guidance purposes only. It does not constitute professional legal, financial, or career advice. Dwelphin makes no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI outputs. You use AI-generated content at your own discretion.

7. News Digest (Premium Opt-In)

Premium subscribers who opt in may receive curated news emails covering world news, technology, and finance. This is a convenience feature — Dwelphin is not a licensed news publisher and does not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of news content. You may opt out at any time via your account settings or by clicking 'Unsubscribe' in any email.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content, design, code, branding, and AI features on Dwelphin are owned by or licensed to Dwelphin.
• You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.
• Your personal data and content you input remain yours. By using the Service, you grant Dwelphin a limited licence to process your inputs solely to provide the Service.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.dwelphin.tech/privacy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described therein.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dwelphin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, career opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or INR 500 if you are a free-tier user).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dwelphin, its officers, employees, and sub-processors from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, or expenses arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time via account settings or by emailing dwelphin18@gmail.com.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, without prior notice.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Data deletion follows our Privacy Policy retention schedule.

13. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes. We are not liable to you for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

15. Dispute Resolution

We encourage users to resolve disputes amicably. If you have a complaint, please contact dwelphin18@gmail.com first. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve your concern within 30 days. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India.
