Refund Policy

1. Subscription & Cancellation
1.1 Cancellation
- You may cancel your premium subscription at any time from your Account Settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- You will retain access to premium features until the billing period ends
1.2 Auto-Renewal
- Subscriptions automatically renew monthly/yearly unless cancelled
- We will send reminder notifications before renewal
2. Refund Eligibility
2.1 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
- If you're not satisfied with premium features, request a refund within 7 days of purchase
- Full refund will be processed for first-time subscribers

2.2 Refunds Outside Guarantee
- Refunds outside the 7-day period are considered on a case-by-case basis
- Technical issues preventing service usage may qualify for pro-rata refunds
2.3 Non-Refundable Items
- One-time purchases (if any) are non-refundable
- Promotional/discounted subscriptions are non-refundable
- Virtual goods or content downloads are non-refundable
3. Refund Process
3.1 How to Request

- Include: Account email, Order ID, Reason for refund
- We will respond within 3-5 business days
3.2 Processing Time
- Approved refunds: 5-10 business days
- Original payment method will be credited
- Processing fees may be deducted
4. Partial Refunds
For annual subscriptions cancelled mid-term:
- Pro-rata refund based on unused months
- Minimum 3 months must remain for partial refund consideration
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback may result in:
- Account suspension
- Termination of service
- Restriction from future purchases

6. Refund Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refunds if:
- Account violates Terms of Service
- Abuse of refund policy (multiple requests)
- Fraudulent activity detected
